German Lemon Tarte Vegetarian
No need to bake,needs 4 hours cooling time
Please read the whole recipet before you start
You need
14 Ladyfingers,
125 gr. Butter
400 gr Creamcheese
400 gr plain joghurt low fat
Juice of two lemons and the peel of the fruits ( is also avalibel in packets ready to use)
6 leaves Gelantine ( prepare as packate says)
125 gr. Sugar
1 oiled springform
1 bowel
1 small pot
1 applicator
1 egg beater
Mash the ladyfinger into little morsels, mix it with the molded butter and put it on the bottom of your springform, this is best done with an applicator.
Mix Creamcheese joghurt and lemon peel in a large bowel.
Prepare leave gelatine as told, heat it up in the lemonjuice ( you need 150ml, if it is not enough fill it up with water)
Mix the sugar into the gelantine mix and when ready put to tablespoons of the cheesemix in the hot gelantine mix it bevore you mix everything togehter.
If everything is well mixed pour the cream in the Springform.
Serve after 4 hours.
Sour will make you happy, ; )
