Carrot Soup- Vegetarian- for Babys with 6 month




today:  
How to make a good and healthy Carrot Soup - Vegetarien- Vegan( if you leave the cream )












You need 
12 carrots,
  2 Parsnip, 
a piece of fresh Ginger, Salt, 
Pepper 
1/2 cup fresh pressed Orange juice, 
Water
1 big pot
1 mixer able to puree
Clean the carrots and the parsnip, peel them if needed. 
Cut them into not to small pieces and put them in a Pot.
 Peel the Ginger and cut it into small cubes. 
Put them to the vegetables in the Pot.
Infuse the vegetables with water. 
Cook it on low flame for 20 minutes.
Then season with salt and black pepper, if you like you can use a little chilli powder or you cook it in vegetable stock.
Puree it and then pour the Orange juice in. 
If you like you can eat it with a spot of cream on it and fresh parsley.
It goes even good with sour cream in it.
Fresh baked bread is a great addition.
Tipp:
If you leave the spices and the orange juice away, this soup can be eaten by babies with 6 month.

If you leave the cream, this soup not only vegan but also low fat and low calories
